The site area of the residential complex is 36,000m2. It faces onto a canal in the north with a green belt area alongside. The layout utilises the natural elements and created a waterway into the site forming a lake in the middle of the site surrounded by housing blocks of differing heights. The blocks various from 10 story 18 story in height. The layout of the blocks is such that each unit has either south-east or south-west orientation and a vast distance in between, permitting each unit to have distant view throughout. This arrangement is difficult to achieve in most residential complex in the urban area. Each apartment varied from 121m2 to 150m2. The basement car park can accommodate 374 parking spaces. The total building area of the complex is 60,105m2. The lift lobby and public corridor on each floor is natural ventilated. Solar panels are installed on each roof top to provide electricity for the public lighting. The majority of the apartments have three and a half external walls providing natural ventilation in the apartment. The complex is also equipped with foul water re-use facilities and centralised refuse collection system.
