The site is situated in a park setting near a man made lake and the brief calls for a high class recreational club with residential accommodation. The master layout is developed from a diagonal and cross grid based on the near square shape site taking into account view, orientation and the relationship between the club house and the residential units. The centre of the lounge of the club house is sited at the centre of the site from where the club house facilities spread northwards. All residential units occupy south facing aspects. The houses are set in a landscaped surrounding like houses in a traditional garden with man made rock formation. The whole idea is to recreate a modern residential complex with the essence of traditional housing, rich in symmetry and garden like environment.
