The Restaurant is situated in a scenic area in the road from Guangzhou to Guilin. It is located in the middle of the Sarinah Farm on the side of a stream and in the midst of the natural surrounding. The Restaurant with covered and open-air facilities can accommodate up 900 people. It includes a performing stage, shop and a 15 rooms hotel. The restaurant areas are all natural ventilated. It gives the guest a feeling of being close to natural and at the same time minimizes on energy consumption. In addition there are a number of private dining rooms equipped with air-conditioning. The design of the Restaurant reflects a modern interpretation of the traditional farm buildings, with maximum ultilisation of the natural elements to create a indigenous complex sympathetic to the natural surrounding.
